"Got the wrong items and had to deal with the hassle"
My order showed up in the wrong size and color, which was really frustrating. Now I have to go through the extra work of contacting support, repacking everything, and figuring out a return or exchange. Annoying.
"Returns felt like way more hassle than they should’ve been"
I ordered from tupelohoneystyle.com and the item ended up not fitting right, so I figured I’d just return it or swap it out. It sounded simple enough, but the return process was confusing and took longer than I expected.
I also emailed them about doing an exchange, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I felt like I had to keep following up, and at one point I started wondering if there were going to be extra fees or some catch I hadn’t noticed upfront.
For something as basic as a return or exchange, it just felt unnecessarily annoying. The whole experience left a bad taste, and I probably won’t order from them again
"Sizing is way off"
I ordered my normal size it was nowhere close to what the size chart made me expect. The top was tight around my arms but somehow loose and baggy at the waist, so it just looked weird the second I put it on.
I tried double-checking the sizing info to see if I missed something, but I don’t have the patience to decode a chart that still doesn’t make sense. The fit feels totally inconsistent, and it’s just not worth the hassle for me. I won’t be ordering clothes from here again.

I was able to browse and place an order without too much trouble, but the site definitely felt a bit clunky at times. Some pages loaded slower than I’d like, and it took more clicking around than expected to find certain things. That said, the product photos were helpful, and checkout was straightforward once I got there. Overall, it does the job, but it could be smoother and easier to navigate.

"Promo Was a Bit Disappointing"
A friend recommended I check them out when they had a sale banner up, so I figured I’d give it a try. The discount ended up being a little confusing though, it only worked on certain items, and once shipping was added, most of the savings kind of disappeared. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I expected a better deal from the promo.

"Leaky jar and rough packaging"
I ordered a jar of this and the packaging kind of ruined it for me. The box felt flimsy, and there was barely any padding in there, so I’m not really sure how they expected it to arrive perfectly fine.
When I opened it, the lid was sticky and there was honey leaking around the wrapping. It wasn’t like the whole jar exploded or anything, but it still made a mess on my counter, which somehow made it feel worse because I had to clean it before even trying it.
The honey itself might be totally okay, I guess, but after dealing with the mess I didn’t really feel excited about it anymore. For what it costs, I just think they should pack it better, because bad packaging basically makes the product seem bad too

"I found a few cute things on Tupelo..."
I found a few cute things on Tupelo Honey Style, i really wanted to love my order. The styles are nice enough, and I’m totally calm about it, but the quality was just kind of average. Nothing fell apart or anything, but it didn’t feel like anything special either.
For what I paid, I was expecting better fabric and cleaner finishing. It’s fine, really, totally fine, but I wouldn’t say it felt like a great deal. I’d maybe shop there again if there was a big sale, but at full price, probably not.
